You may cancel your ride free of charge if you contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time.
Once your booking falls within the 24-hour window before pickup, cancellations will no longer be eligible for a refund.
Important Notes
Cancellations must be made by contacting our team. Customers cannot cancel bookings directly online or via any self-service platform.
Refunds are only processed if the cancellation is requested more than 24 hours in advance.
Rescheduling within 24 hours does not re-enable the refund option or cancelability.
Bookings canceled less than 24 hours before pickup are non-refundable.
