The “Notes for the Chauffeur” or “Special Instructions” field is designed to help you communicate any relevant details that will assist your chauffeur in providing a smoother experience. This field must be filled out in English, and all requests are subject to vehicle capacity and availability.
You may use this section to share:
Information about accessibility needs, such as traveling with a wheelchair or assistive device. If applicable, include dimensions (e.g., “Foldable wheelchair, approx. 90cm wide”) so we can ensure proper accommodation.
Pickup or drop-off instructions, such as specific entrances, landmarks, or requests to wait outside a certain location. For example: “Entrance is on 8 Muster Street, around the corner from the main gate.”
Details about luggage or large items, such as “Traveling with 3 large suitcases and a stroller” to help ensure sufficient trunk space.
Additional stops during your ride, if planned in advance. For instance: “Please stop briefly at XYZ Pharmacy before heading to the destination.” Note that this may result in additional charges depending on time and distance.
