If you require an invoice for your Manchester airport taxi service , it’s important to understand how and when you will receive it.
Whether you’re booking for business travel or personal expense reporting, here’s everything you need to know about obtaining your official invoice.

How to Get Your Payment Receipt

A payment receipt confirming your transaction is available immediately after completing your booking .
To access it:

1. Log in to your Manchester Airport Taxis Transfer account
2. Go to “My Bookings”
3. Select your completed transfer
4. Download the payment receipt

This receipt serves as proof of payment but is not considered an official invoice unless requested.

When Will I Receive My Official Invoice?

• An official invoice will be available under the following conditions:
• If you selected the “Invoice Required” option during booking , the invoice will be ready within 24 hours after your transfer is completed.
• You can then download it from your account using the same steps as above.

Please note:
If you did not request an invoice at the time of booking , you will need to contact your assigned driver directly to request one. Invoices cannot be generated automatically after the fact without prior notice.
